Stop sending the same resume to every job.
Vasatya finds full-time roles the hour companies post them, scores each one against your resume, and tailors every application. Apply yourself, or let a Vasatya specialist submit up to 30 a day for you.
Two ways to use Vasatya
Both start the same way: your resume, your target roles, and fresh jobs scored against them. The difference is who clicks submit.

What happens to every application
The same six steps run for every job, whether you submit it or your specialist does.
Found
New full-time jobs arrive every hour straight from company career sites. Closed jobs disappear, so nothing you see is stale.
Matched
Each job gets a score against your resume: the skills you have, the ones you're missing, and how well the title and location fit.
Checked for visa fit
AI reads the posting for citizenship-only, clearance and no-sponsorship rules, and hides those jobs if you need sponsorship.
Tailored
Your resume is reworded and reordered for that job, with a cover letter and answers to the usual screening questions.
Submitted
You or your specialist submit it on the employer's own site, checking anything the AI flagged first.
Tracked
Every application moves through your tracker, from applied to interview to offer, with the resume version that was sent.
Tailored, never invented.
Bulk application tools stuff keywords into resumes until they say things the candidate never did. Recruiters notice, and so do interviewers.
Vasatya's AI can only reword, reorder and emphasize what's already on your resume. Anything it can't trace back to your original is flagged in red before the application leaves, and job skills you don't have are listed separately so nobody pretends you do.
How tailoring worksFilters that know what "no sponsorship" means.
If you're on OPT, STEM OPT or H-1B, it is easy to spend hours applying to jobs that were never open to you. Vasatya reads every posting and flags three things before you see it:
- Open to US citizens or green-card holders only
- Requires a security clearance
- States it can't sponsor visas now or in the future
Turn on visa-friendly mode and those jobs disappear. Jobs that say nothing about sponsorship stay visible, because many employers sponsor without saying so.
For international candidates| What the posting says | If you need sponsorship |
|---|---|
| "We sponsor H-1B visas" | Shown, marked Sponsors visas |
| Nothing about visas | Shown, marked Not stated |
| "Unable to sponsor now or in future" | Hidden |
| "US citizens or green card only" | Hidden |
| "Active security clearance required" | Hidden |

Common questions
Does Vasatya make things up on my resume?
No. The AI can only reword, reorder and emphasize what's already on your resume. Anything it can't trace back to your original resume is flagged in red before the application goes out, so you or your specialist can remove it.
Does Vasatya submit applications automatically with a bot?
No. Bot submissions get accounts blocked and annoy employers. On self-service plans you submit on the employer's site with everything already prepared. On Assist, a trained Vasatya specialist submits each application for you, after you've authorized it.
How many applications does Assist send?
Up to 30 a day, picked from jobs posted in the last two weeks that meet your minimum match score. We apply to one role per company per day so you don't look like a mass applicant.
Do you take a cut of my salary?
No. You pay the subscription only. Your salary is entirely yours.
How does the visa-friendly filter work?
Our AI reads every job posting and flags three things: roles open only to US citizens or green-card holders, roles that need a security clearance, and roles that say they can't sponsor visas. If you need sponsorship, those jobs are hidden. Jobs that say nothing about sponsorship stay visible, since many employers sponsor without saying so.
