Our AI reads every job posting and flags three things: roles open only to US citizens or green-card holders, roles that need a security clearance, and roles that say they can't sponsor visas. If you need sponsorship, those jobs are hidden. Jobs that say nothing about sponsorship stay visible, since many employers sponsor without saying so.
