How Vasatya works

You give us your resume and the roles you want. Vasatya does the searching, matching and tailoring every day. You decide whether you submit, or your specialist does.

Setting up takes about ten minutes

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your email. Choose "I'm looking for a job", or "I recruit for candidates" if you're a staffing team.

  2. Upload your resume

    PDF or Word. AI reads it into an editable profile: your roles, achievements, skills and education. Check it and fix anything it missed.

  3. Set your preferences

    Target roles, salary range, location, remote or hybrid, notice period, and whether you need visa sponsorship. These answer screening questions, so keep them accurate.

If you apply yourself (Free and Pro)

  1. Search by role

    Type a role or pick one of your targets. Filter by location, remote, posted in the last 24 hours, and visa-friendly.

  2. Pick by match score

    Each job shows a 0–100 score, the skills you match in blue and the ones you're missing. Select one job, or every job above 75%.

  3. Submit the batch

    Vasatya prepares a tailored resume, cover letter and screening answers for each job, usually in under a minute each.

  4. Review flagged lines

    Anything the AI couldn't trace to your resume is shown in red. Remove it or edit your profile before you send.

  5. Apply on the employer's site

    Open the application, attach the Word files, paste the prepared answers with one click each, and press their Submit button.

  6. Track replies

    Mark it submitted and move it through recruiter screen, interviews and offer as employers respond.

    Choose a monthly, 3-month or 6-month term. Confirm that your profile answers are true and authorize Vasatya to apply on your behalf.

  2. Within 24 hours

    Meet your team

    You're assigned an application specialist and a success manager. Your manager reviews your profile and target roles with you by message.

  3. Every hour

    New matches are picked

    Autopilot picks the strongest new jobs above your minimum score, one role per company per day, up to 30 a day. In Approve-first mode they wait for your yes.

  4. Through the day

    Your specialist submits

    Each application is tailored by AI, checked by your specialist, and submitted on the employer's site in your name.

  5. Every evening

    Daily report

    An email lists every application sent that day, its match score and a link to the exact resume used. Prefer weekly? Switch it any time.

    Stay in control

    Message your team, change your minimum score, switch to approving each job, or pause. Update your tracker when employers reply.
